UKCD Students

The UK College of Dentistry is dedicated to excellence in its programs of education, patient care, research, and outreach to underserved populations in our state and beyond. 

Our objective is to graduate dentists who are biologically oriented, clinically competent, socially and professionally responsible, and effective leaders. Established in 1962 as part of the Chandler Medical Center, the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry has graduated over 2,000 dentists.

Licensure/Certification Disclaimer

States require persons practicing dentistry to be licensed, certified, or registered in the state. In addition, a specialty permit or other credential may be required to engage in dentistry practice in a specialty area.
