Collaborative Grant Services

Collaborative Grant Services Timeline

With 4-6 weeks notice of your proposals, think about using the following as a starting point for your timeline:

  • Week 4-6: Complete Proposal Initiation Form
  • Week 4-5: Provide Pre-Award Grant Specialist with preliminary IAF materials (budget justification, abstract, IRB/IACUC, major goals)
  • Week 3: Final approval of the budget and Grant Specialist routes IAF to you for   certification and tracks it on its journey to the central OSPA office
  • Week 2: Provide on-time materials to Grant Specialist 
  • Week 1: Make any required or suggested changes to the proposal; Grant Specialist submits proposal to OSPA for their portion of review and submission (6 days before sponsor deadline!).
