Embraces the mission, vision and values of the Board of Directors of Uncompahgre Medical Center. 2. Participates in the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making and budgeting process. 3. Participates in management team and site-focused management. 4. Determines additional program needs, based on patient assessments, grant requirements, funding availability and strategic planning direction. 5. Develops funding resources for programs and staffing needs, implements, evaluates and reports. 6. Develops oral health goals and leads the dental staff to successful achievement of goals as stated in the Strategic Plan. 7.
