Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.
All participants are provided an official verification of attendance.

Dental education institutions have an obligation to disseminate new knowledge related to dental practice. In so doing, some presentations may include controversial materials or commercial references. Participants are cautioned about the potential risks of using limited knowledge when incorporating techniques and procedures into their practices, especially when the course has not provided them with supervised clinical experience in the technique or procedure to ensure that they have attained competence.
Continuing education courses do not necessarily reflect the philosophies of the predoctoral or postdoctoral training programs. Sponsorship of a continuing education course by the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry does not imply subject matter, philosophy, product, or technique endorsement. Courses may include subject matter of an experimental and/or controversial nature. This material is offered to the profession for educational and information purposes.
To assure an optimal educational experience, the Office of Continuing Education and the College of Dentistry’s Committee on Continuing Dental Education encourage course participants, faculty, and staff to register their suggestions, concerns, or complaints for formal review and action. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.
A PDF of the presenter’s handout (if available) will be emailed to the pre-registrant prior to the presentation. Printed handouts will not be available on-site.
