Clinic Setting: Student Clinics Resident Clinics Faculty Clinics
Care provided by: Student dentists working toward their DMD degree, under expert faculty supervision Dentists under advanced training, supervised by expert faculty Expert UK College of Dentistry faculty
Time needed: Appointments require more time and multiple appointments may be required to finish care. Initial screening appointments and treatment appointments may require a wait.  Varies by procedure. Generally slightly longer than in private office setting but less than the student clinic. Same as in a private office setting
Fees: Generally 30 to 50 percent less than in a private office setting.  Less than a private office setting, but more than the student clinic Comparable to a private office setting
